ABOUT LEADERSHIP TRAINING

For Leaders with 0 to 100 years of experience

Our Leadership program takes leaders through a 12-month program that will give them the tools to lead a team or a business to success. Tools like communication, mindset, motivation, and more.

See some example class topics below.

6 Keys to a Winning Team: Leadership Basics

During this first session, Leaders will learn some of the qualities that great leaders possess. Some of these keys are clearly defined rules for engagement, being able to hire great people, clear vision and goals, and more. Leaders will learn the power of affirmations and how they can focus the mind on positivity. We'll focus on trust and the power that leaders can have when their relationships harness it.

Understanding Behavior Personality Profiles

We will dive into a behavioral assessment called DISC. This will show the team how to quickly read people and how to adjust communication styles based on their personality profile. This skill is critical to success in building relationships. At the end of the session the team will have skills on how to behave in the way that is appropriate for the other person, leading to happier teams in a happier workplace.

Effective Delegation & Mindset Triggers

A leader isn't a leader without a team. And if your delegation involves checking in on your team daily, or even hourly, to make sure that they did it the way that you wanted then you've still got the responsibility. Learn how to let go and be more productive. We'll also dive into change and how your mindset will either hold you back or drive you to greatness with the right tools.

Mastering Productivity & Asking Great Questions

Productivity is top of mind for every business: did we accomplish all that we needed to each hour, day, month, or year? Learn how to master productivity as a leader and implement those skills with your team. When you're communicating effectively, that productivity can be increased in a huge way, so we'll talk about the best ways to connect with your team through asking effective questions that will produce great answers.

Manager Vs. Leader

The terms manager and leader can at times be used interchangeably and while at times this is the same person, they have very different skills. The fundamental difference is that managers have people that work for them, and leaders have people who follow them. At times, leaders and team members need to be both, and it’s important to recognize when and where the two skills are appropriate. In this training, teams walk away understanding the manager and leader roles and when they are productive.

Situational Leadership: Adapt to Every Team

Every situation encountered as a leader has its own challenges, opportunities and participants. They are as unique as the people that you lead every day. Situational Leadership allows the leader to assess the situation at hand and adapt the leadership style accordingly. Teams will learn strategies and tactics to improve their adaptability as a leader and how to implement the strategies in their work life.

The Levels of Leadership

Leaders do not have teams follow them because they have a different title on their business card — it is a whole lot more complex. In this training, teams will discover the five levels of leadership, and the steps and actions that leaders can take to gain employee buy-in, grow as a leader, and mature through to develop others as leaders.

What Got You Here Won't Get You There

With already successful and driven people. There may be just one or two things holding you back. Using principles from Marshall Goldsmith’s book of the same name, we’ll explore how to discover what is holding you back as a leader, as well as how to eliminate those challenges and move beyond them. This eye-opening session will help leaders and teams discover the keys to success through simple changes.

Crucial Conversations

One of the most challenging things that members of teams have to face is having that tough conversation. Being able to give feedback, whether as an employee or leader is something that most struggle with. In the healthiest of organizations, the ability to have emotionally intelligent, respectful, and appropriate conversations whether or not the topic is positive can be essential to an organization’s success. Teams will walk away with skills to initiate and participate in these tough conversations.
